By far the most durable and striking method of branding, embroidery is suitable for most items – from t-shirts, golf shirts jackets, sweater, fleeces, beanies and caps. We also offer 3D embroidery if preferred.

The Embroidery Process

Your Logo
Embroidery is charged per 1000 stitches, so for an accurate quotation, we will need a clear image of your artwork. Vector logos are easier to work with, therefore reducing digitising costs.

Digitising
Digitising is the conversion of your design into a format that can be read by embroidery machines. It is an essential part of the process as it will determine the quality of the finished product. All digitising is done in-house, and we can advise you on how best to approach tricky logos. The digitising charge is a once-off fee, so the only charge applicable on repeat orders might be a machine setup charge – depending on the complexity of the logo and the quantity. A PDF proof of your digitising will be emailed to you to approve before we run the job.

Turnaround Times
We usually work on a 5 working-day turnaround, depending on the size of your order. Note, we do work around customers’ deadlines and will try to accommodate early delivery times where possible.
